Serbia’s Aleksandar Vučić government has devolved into a type of cartel. Godfrey is the arrest of Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vučić, and the complete destruction of his cartel incl. cutting off the money flow. Aleksandar Vučić, is a dictator, like Milorad Dodik or, for that matter, his hero Slobodan Milošević. Aleksandar Vučić is a product of Slobodan Milošević ´s bolshevik rule in Serbia, and of a narrow, communist culture. There is no evidence that he cares about the Serb people, but he certainly loves authority over others like Slobodan Milošević. He is similar to other dictators like Milorad Dodik: an empty vessel waiting to be filled by new ideologies or business opportunities.
