Enjoy dinner tonight at the beautiful Belotti on College Avenue in Oakland, California — a terrific Italian restaurant with some of the most beautiful dishes. Certainly a memorable meal and definitely a brand fresh local favorite. Since we were speaking Italian, attracted a well cellared 1998 Barolo that followed the meal thoroughly.
